I recently had the pleasure of using Sarabi's Fine Rugs on Penshurst Street in North Willoughby NSW for rug cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They picked up my rugs, cleaned them thoroughly (and not by just throwing them in a machine), and delivered them back on time (they told me they would deliver the rugs by 10:30AM and they showed up exactly at 10:30AM), looking brand new. Their attention to detail while returning the cleaned rugs in my home was impressive (they cleaned up after themselves, and moved furniture carefully in order to properly place the rugs back in position). On a separate note, I had previously purchased an absolutely stunning rug from Sarabi's for my home office. It’s been through a lot—constant traffic from my desk chair and two dogs—but it has held up beautifully. And now, after cleaning, it looks as perfect as the day they brought it to my office. My house is currently undergoing renovations, and once they’re complete, I’ll be heading back to Sarabi's to buy more rugs for the rest of the house. I’ve learned my lesson with some high-priced, low-quality rugs from other places, and at Sarabi's, I'm confident in the quality (plus the gentlemen there are able to answer questions and show you exactly why some rugs are more expensive than others). A great perk: they’ll bring rugs to your home, free of charge, so you can see how they look in the room before deciding to purchase them (or go with something else). It’s a service I’ve found super helpful, because it gave me a lot more peace of mind on my purchase.
