I recently bought two rugs for my living room and dining room and had an excellent experience. The store has a fantastic range of high-quality rugs in various sizes.
Michael was incredibly patient, spending over an hour helping me choose. He even brought eight selected rugs to my home so I could see how they looked before making my final decision.

Michael went through a pile of rugs to show us and went to a lot of trouble to make sure we saw all the rugs in our size and colours that we were looking for. We selected a number of rugs which Michael brought to our home for us to choose the one that suited the area.  They even moved the furniture so we could find the rug that we ended up choosing.

We had an excellent experience with Sarabi's rugs. we dealt with Michael who is knowledgeable, engaging and very helpful without being pushy. Michael helped us choose a number of rugs and then came to our house for a fitting, to see if it worked well in our home. Michael has endless patience and knowledge. This is not the first time we have bought a carpet from Michael. I have dealt with a few other carpet businesses, and this is by far the best experience we have had. His prices and quality are very good. I will not bother going to anyone else in the future.

Purchased two rugs from Sarabi’s today and my husband and I enjoy both the product and experience very much.

After shopping around for rugs, I can say it was hard to find another place who offers what Sarabi’s does. They carry great variety of design, sizes and materials, but one thing in common is that all their rugs are of superior quality.

Michael and the team provided spectacular service from start to end. We walked into Sarabi’s not expecting much but were treated to the wonderful world of rugs. Michael spent a great deal of time educating us about rugs, materials and weaving. Then brought a couple of rugs to trial in our home as part of their service. This really helped with making our decision.

Mike and team would switch out each rug and lay it out for us to see against our space, and what we found was that rugs we loved in the store ended up looking different in the actual space. This allowed us to pick one we loved with certainty.

Exceptional service from start to finish.Michale and his team brought over a dozen rugs from their showroom for a home trial,  laying each one out in the actual space so we could see it under real light, against real furniture.

Every rug is heavy, and the team worked tirelessly, swapping them out one by one without a hint of complaint, until we found the perfect match. That level of dedication and “whatever it takes” attitude is rare these days.

Michael and Miguel shared so much of their time and muscles to make sure we got the perfect rug for us.  There was no hesitation to show us everything that might fit our brief.  We bought 2 stunning rugs that will live on in our family for many years to come.  We also had a hall runner that we have had for many years cleaned, again Michel collected it from our home and returned same, looks like new.  Well done boys and thanks also to your Dad for holding the fort whilst you were out with us.
